The Power of Gratitude
The practice of Gratitude is a daily practice and not just reserved for Thanksgiving. Developing a daily practice in the early morning upon awakening and just before falling asleep can make an incredible difference in your life. I share this post as a reminder, as we head into the middle of spring. All around are the signs of new life, the cacophony of birds with their frantic activities, the changing of the season with its temperatures rising and the noticeable activity of joggers, walkers and people strolling about. There is so much to be grateful for that calls our attention.
